Return Policy
1.Cancellation Policy:
You can apply to cancel the order under the following circumstances:

Free cancellation: If you make the request within two hours after placing the order, please immediately send an email to Jeff@eastlyst.com.
- Payment Cancellation: If you submit a cancellation request two hours after placing the order but before the goods are dispatched or enter the production stage, we will charge a 5% management fee of the total order amount (calculated based on the total order amount) to cover the processing costs.
- Cannot be cancelled: Once the goods are dispatched or enter the production stage, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Non-returnable items
Please note that the following reasons for requesting a return will not be accepted:
- Changing one's mind or personal preferences.
- Incorrect size, color, product selection, or error in order entry.
- All final sold goods, including custom-made items, personalized items or specially marked items.
3. Acceptable Returns: Limited to Quality Issues
Returns will only be accepted if the goods have been found to have obvious damage or manufacturing defects upon delivery. Additionally, the return request must meet all of the following conditions within 7 days after the order delivery date. :
- The goods must be kept in their original brand-new, unused and unwashed condition, exactly as they were when they were sold.
- All original packaging, labels, anti-counterfeiting labels, accessories and gifts must be in perfect condition.
4. Return Process, Fees and Important Notes
- Initiation process: You must contact our customer service department within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide valid proof (such as photos/videos) to apply for a return authorization.
- Costs to be borne: The customer is responsible for all costs related to returns (including shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, etc.). For defects confirmed by the supplier, we will strive to obtain compensation for you, but this depends on the supplier's policy and there is no guarantee that compensation will be obtained.
- Important Disclaimer: All returns/ refunds must be approved by the supplier in the final stage. We only provide assistance, but the supplier has the final decision on whether to accept the return, exchange or compensation.
5. Refund Process
After the return request is approved and verified by the supplier, we will refund the money to your original payment account. We do not charge any handling fees.
6.Made-to-order and pre-owned items
Made-to-order items:Due to the nature of made-to-order items, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we can not accept returns unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Pre-owned items:Pre-owned items sold at Eastlyst are checked prior to sale to guarantee their quality and precision. These items should be treated with care and returned in the same condition they were received.
