Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
We process and arrange shipment for orders within 1-3 business days after receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, EU member states, the UK, Australia, and other regions. If your country is not on the list, the system will prompt you that shipping is unavailable during checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

  • The shipping cost is generally around $30.

  • Please adjust this based on your actual pricing strategy. Other options are listed below for your reference:

  • Real-time Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your region and chosen shipping method.

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 10-20 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 5-10 business days for an additional fee.

  • (Please note that these are estimated times starting from when the package leaves our warehouse. Delays may occur due to international customs inspections, weather, holidays, etc.)

5. Tariffs & Taxes
For international orders shipped to your country, import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees may be charged. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are payable to the local customs authority or carrier upon the package's arrival. We cannot control or predict these charges and recommend consulting your local customs office for details.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link. You can use this number to check your package's shipping status at any time.

7. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Please first contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and instructions.

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was damaged during shipping or we sent the wrong item.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
