EastLyst.com acts as a shopping agent service. The products we help you purchase are shipped either directly from overseas suppliers or through our consolidation service. Please note that the majority of these suppliers or brand official stores do not accept returns from shopping agents. As a result, we are unable to process returns for most items.
In the rare case that an item arrives at our facility with obvious damage or defects that occurred during the overseas shipping leg, we will actively communicate with the supplier on your behalf and strive to seek a resolution or compensation. Please note that the final outcome is subject to the supplier's own policy and discretion.
We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, personal dissatisfaction, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.
