EastLyst is a curated shopping platform for contemporary Asian design, bringing together clothing, footwear and accessories from multiple brands and independent designers. This guide helps you find product information, compare fit and check the policies that apply before ordering.
What is EastLyst?
EastLyst brings different brands together in one online store. A product's brand, materials and construction should be checked on its own product page; they are not the same across the whole catalog. Learn more about our curation approach on the About us page.
How should I choose a clothing size?
Use the size guide on the product page and compare the measurements with a similar garment that fits you well. Check whether a measurement refers to the garment or your body, and whether a width is measured flat or as a circumference. An S or M from one brand may fit differently from the same label at another. For unit conversion, 1 inch equals 2.54 cm. Read our Asian clothing size guide for more context.
How should I choose a shoe size?
Measure both feet and use the longer foot when comparing with the product's size guide. EU sizes and millimetre references are a starting point; they do not guarantee identical fit across brands. Foot length, inner shoe length and outsole length are different measurements. Check the product's fit notes, and contact us if the measurement basis is unclear.
Where can I find materials and care information?
Open Details on the product page for product-specific information. Materials vary: for example, Vintage German Sneakers have a synthetic leather (PU) upper. Use any care instructions provided for that item rather than applying advice from another product. If care information is missing or unclear, contact us before using a cleaning treatment.
Where does EastLyst ship, and how long does it take?
Our shipping policy lists supported destinations and rates. The current policy states 1–3 business days for processing and typically 10–20 business days for standard shipping after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Eligible orders with a checkout value of US$200 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Review the delivery option and final charge at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Read the Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering. The 20-day commercial request period is not an unconditional change-of-mind return promise. Eligibility, item condition, exchange fees and mandatory consumer rights are explained in the policy. Contact us with your order number before sending an item back.
How can I check reviews or get order support?
