1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that mistakes can happen. You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

Free Cancellation: If requested within two hours of order placement. Please email eastlyst@gmail.com immediately.

Paid Cancellation: If requested more than two hours after order placement, but before the item has been shipped or entered production. A 5% administration fee (calculated on the total order value) will be charged to cover processing costs.

Non-Cancellable: Once the item has been shipped or entered production, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
Please note that return requests for the following reasons will not be accepted:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Incorrect selection of size, color, product, or order entry error.

All final sale items, including customized, personalized, or specially marked goods.
3. Acceptable Returns: Quality Issues Only
Returns are only acceptable if the item has a confirmed, obvious damage or manufacturing defect present upon delivery. Furthermore, the following condition requirements must all be met for a return request within 7 days of the order delivery date:

The item must be in brand new, unused, unwashed original sale condition.

All original packaging, tags, security labels, accessories, and free gifts must be intact and undamaged.
4. Return Process, Costs & Important Notes

Initiation Process: You must contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt with valid proof (e.g., photos/videos) to apply for a Return Authorization.

Cost Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return (shipping, tariffs, duties, etc.). For supplier-confirmed defects, we will seek compensation for you, but this depends on the supplier's policy and is not guaranteed.

Key Disclaimer: All returns/refunds require final approval from the supplier. We facilitate the process, but the supplier's decision is final regarding acceptance, exchange, or compensation.
5. Refund Process
Once a return is approved by the supplier and verified by us, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.
