Delivery Policy

Order Processing and Shipping Time
Orders will be arranged for shipment within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order is placed (excluding legal holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays will have their processing time extended accordingly. During peak sales periods, new product launches, or holiday rushes, shipping and delivery times may be additionally delayed.

Why does it take 3–5 business days to process and ship an order?
To ensure the products you receive meet our quality standards and are properly prepared for international shipping, every order goes through the following standard process:

4 Secure Packaging Products are securely packed and reinforced for international transit.
5 Carrier Handoff & Documentation The package is handed to the international carrier, we prepare the shipping documents, and a tracking number is generated.

This process ensures your order is accurately fulfilled and ready for shipment. In the event an item is unavailable during the Inventory Verification stage (Step 2), the standard process will be suspended, and our customer service team will contact you as described below.

Therefore, we typically require 3–5 business days to complete all preparations from order confirmation to dispatch.

Note on Stock Availability: If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will proactively contact you to discuss solutions (such as waiting for restocking, substituting the item, or canceling that part of the order).

Delivery Coverage
We offer international delivery service and currently ship to the United States, Canada, EU member states, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other regions. If your location is not within our delivery coverage, the system will notify you during checkout.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees and handling charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination. You can view the final shipping cost calculated in real-time according to your address and selected service on the checkout page.

Delivery Timeframes & Important Notes

  • Standard Delivery: Approximately 10–20 transit days.

  • Express Delivery: Approximately 5–10 transit days (additional fees apply. Express service is subject to availability based on the destination. You can check eligible services and exact timeframes during checkout).

Key Points to Understand:

  • Total Delivery Estimate: Based on the combination of our processing time (3–5 business days) and the standard transit window (10–20 transit days), the estimated total delivery timeframe from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 13–25 calendar days. This is provided for general planning purposes only.

  • The delivery timeframes above are estimates and do not include the order processing period. The transit countdown begins after the package leaves our warehouse.

  • “Transit days” refer to the carrier's regular operational days, which may vary by destination country and exclude local holidays.

  • Actual delivery times may be longer due to factors beyond our control, such as: customs inspections, severe weather, flight delays, carrier service interruptions, holidays, or operational peak periods.

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact arrival dates for international shipments. Therefore, we are not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances.

  • Package Loss: In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue according to the carrier’s investigation results and terms (e.g., reshipment or refund).

Duties & Taxes
Product prices do not include any import duties, taxes, or other customs fees that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the local customs authority during clearance.

We have no control over, cannot predict, and do not collect these fees. We recommend consulting your local customs office before ordering.

Please proactively monitor notifications from your local postal or customs authorities during the expected delivery window. Any delays, return, or additional charges resulting from the recipient's failure to pay the required fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, the order status in your account will be updated, and you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to check the logistics status of your package.
