Here you can find our shipping destinations, standard delivery estimates and current shipping charges. The available delivery service and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping rates and free delivery
Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders with a checkout order value of US$89 or more. Select the free Standard Shipping option at checkout when your order qualifies. For orders below US$89, the standard shipping rates are:

The threshold and rates above are stated in US dollars. If you shop in another currency, checkout displays the applicable converted amount. Your shipping address and the order value calculated at checkout determine the available rate.
Where we deliver
We currently offer standard shipping to the destinations listed above. Please enter a complete delivery address at checkout to confirm availability. If checkout does not offer a delivery option for your address, we cannot currently accept shipment to that address. For questions about a destination, contact Jeff@eastlyst.com.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after being placed. Processing for orders received on weekends or public holidays begins on the next business day. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Availability checks or incomplete delivery details may require additional time; please contact us if you need help with your order's status.
Estimated delivery time
Standard shipping typically takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. This estimate does not include the 1–3 business days used to prepare your order. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays and peak shopping periods can extend transit time. Any specific delivery information displayed for your order at checkout should also be reviewed before payment.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, we send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking link. Tracking may not update immediately while a parcel is moving between carriers or waiting for its next scan. Please use the link in your shipping email for the latest available status.
If you have not received tracking information after the stated processing period, or tracking has stopped updating beyond the estimated delivery period, email Jeff@eastlyst.com with your order number so we can check the shipment.
Import duties and taxes
European Union deliveries: applicable import duties and taxes are included in the product price and/or shipping charge shown at checkout. EU orders are shipped with duties prepaid, so no additional import duties or customs charges are due upon delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, contact us with the notice so we can check it.
Other destinations: local import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. Unless checkout expressly states that they are included, these charges are the recipient's responsibility and may be collected by customs or the carrier. Please check your local requirements before ordering and respond to legitimate customs requests relating to your shipment.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your delivery address and contact details before placing an order. If a correction is needed, email us as soon as possible. We will check whether the shipment can still be updated; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, missing or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number and any relevant tracking information or photographs. We will investigate with the carrier and help arrange the appropriate resolution. Carrier investigations, customs delays and address issues do not remove your mandatory consumer rights.
Returns and refunds
Return requests, exchanges, applicable fees and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please read that policy and contact us before sending an item back. Shipping estimates in this policy do not replace your statutory delivery, withdrawal or guarantee rights.

Returns & Refunds
This policy explains how to request help with an EastLyst order. The commercial conditions below do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Order cancellation
Email Jeff@eastlyst.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel only if processing has not started. Once an order is being prepared or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
Requesting a return or exchange
For a return or exchange under our commercial policy, contact us within 20 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the item, the reason for your request and, for a product problem, clear photographs. We will assess the request and provide the relevant return address and shipping instructions.
Under this commercial policy, we do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, dislike an item, chose the wrong size or made an ordering mistake. Any exchange we approve is subject to stock availability. These restrictions do not apply where you have a statutory right to withdraw or another mandatory remedy.
For an approved commercial return, dispatch the item within 3 calendar days of approval using the instructions provided. Do not send it to the parcel's sender address. This commercial deadline does not replace statutory return deadlines.
Item condition
Commercial returns must be unworn, unwashed and free of stains, odours or damage caused after delivery, with the original tags, accessories and packaging. Personalised items and opened hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded from discretionary returns. This does not remove rights relating to defective or incorrect goods.
Return costs and exchange fee
For an approved exchange unrelated to a fault or our error, you arrange and pay for return shipping and a US$5.99 exchange handling fee. We will explain any replacement shipping cost before you agree to the exchange. The handling fee does not apply to defective or incorrect goods, or to statutory withdrawal refunds. The return address is provided for each order; please contact us before sending anything back.
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Tell us promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. We will help arrange the appropriate remedy and cover the necessary return shipping for goods that are confirmed faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. Please avoid using the item and keep the packaging and photographs to help us investigate. Our 20-day commercial request period does not shorten any statutory guarantee or claim period.
Refunds
We will notify you of the outcome after reviewing a commercial return. An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account. Any reduction for item damage or missing components will be explained and must be permitted by applicable law. Statutory refund deadlines take priority.
EU consumer withdrawal rights
For eligible online purchases delivered to consumers in the European Union, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and send them back within 14 days after that notice. Normal sale items are covered. Exceptions permitted by law include personalised goods and sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after their seal is broken.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may account for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; missing packaging alone does not automatically cancel withdrawal rights. You bear direct return postage unless we agreed to cover it, failed to inform you of these costs before purchase, or the goods are defective or incorrect.
For a statutory withdrawal, we reimburse the applicable purchase amount and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of your notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. No US$5.99 exchange fee applies to this refund.

Refund policyA rounded square toe gives these black Derby shoes a relaxed take on classic dress footwear. The lace-up design pairs easily with tailored trousers, denim and everyday outfits.
Made with top-grain cowhide uppers and lining, with cowhide insoles and midsoles. A rubber outsole with a wooden heel and waxed laces completes the design.
The leather gradually softens with wear and develops natural creases and character over time.

Fit & sizing
Available in EU 38–45. The supplier describes this as standard dress-shoe sizing and approximately one EU size larger-fitting than sneakers. If comparing with your usual sneaker size, the supplier suggests considering one EU size down; this is guidance, not a guaranteed fit or a US-size conversion. Check the original size chart or contact us if unsure.
Supplier size references: EU 38 / CHE 240; EU 39 / CHE 245; EU 40 / CHE 250; EU 41 / CHE 255; EU 42 / CHE 260; EU 43 / CHE 265; EU 44 / CHE 270; EU 45 / CHE 275. CHE is the supplier’s reference label, not a verified measurement of your foot.
Care
Remove surface dust with a soft dry cloth or shoe brush, working along the leather grain. For light marks, use a barely damp cotton cloth, wipe dry immediately and air-dry in a cool, well-ventilated place.
Do not wash or soak. Every 2–4 weeks, apply a thin layer of matching-colour shoe cream, allow it to absorb and buff with a soft cloth. Avoid liquid shoe polish.
Avoid alcohol, wet wipes, detergents, direct sunlight and heat from a hair dryer. Do not store long-term in sealed plastic bags. Use shoe trees and a breathable dust bag; keep dry to help prevent moisture and mould.
